Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate, set up, and machine CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality parts, particularly for the aerospace industry. This role involves working with materials such as Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Inconel, and Titanium.
Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and machine parts from CNC machines.

Perform tasks such as drilling, turning, grinding, and milling.

Conduct quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.

Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise manufacturing.

Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles in machining processes.
Essential Skills

Experience with CNC Lathe and CNC Mill machining.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

Familiarity with precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers.

Knowledge of GD&T and prototype machining.

Experience working in the aerospace industry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with setting up CNC machines.

Ability to work with various materials such as Stainless Steel and Titanium.

Work Environment
Work with state-of-the-art new machines in a dynamic environment focused on nuclear energy advancement. This position currently operates six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 7am to 6pm.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 – $40.00/hr.
