Role Purposes:
To manufacture high-precision aerospace components using CNC milling processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and efficiency while working safely and collaboratively within a fast-paced engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture high-precision aerospace components using 4/5 Axis CNC milling processes.

Work safely and in accordance with company Health & Safety and 5S standards.

Produce components to the required quality standards, achieving right-first-time manufacture.

Meet daily production plans and productivity targets within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Machine high-value and exotic materials, including Titanium, Inconel and Hardened Steel.

Maintain high standards of workmanship and adherence to engineering specifications.

Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders as required.

Support continuous improvement activities and adapt positively to changing business requirements.
Role Requirements:
-
Mechanical Apprentice trained or qualified by experience in 4/5 Axis CNC Milling.

Previous experience within a precision engineering environment, ideally Aerospace, Automotive, Motorsport, Oil & Gas or subcontract machining.

Good working knowledge of quality standards and manufacturing best practices.

Ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work independently with appropriate guidance and supervision.

Flexible and adaptable approach to changing business needs.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
