Position: CNC Technician
Location: Onsite | Santa Rosa, Laguna
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Technician to set up, operate, and maintain specialized machinery for manufacturing high-precision copper cold plate bases. In this role, you will write and modify G-code programming, interpret complex technical drawings, and utilize precision instruments to uphold strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Machining & Operations: Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and skiving machines to manufacture precision copper components.

CNC Programming: Write, interpret, and modify CNC and skiving program languages (e.g., G-code) to optimize production efficiency.

Blueprint Reading: Accurately interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings, applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.

Quality Control: Utilize precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.) to verify part dimensions and ensure strict quality control.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify, diagnose, and resolve basic mechanical or electrical process issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Requirements

Education: Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course. A valid TESDA NC II/III certificate (or equivalent) in Machining is a strong advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in CNC and skiving operations, specifically for jigs, fixtures, molds, and die products.
Technical Skills:

Proven knowledge of CNC and skiving programming, including G-code.

Highly proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Solid experience with precision measurement tools and quality control processes.

Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Soft Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Language Proficiency: Business-level English.
